List of elements which should at least be included in prescriptions issued in a Member State to be recognised in another Member State

Commission Implementing Directive 2012/52/EU Will open in a new window of 20 December 2012 has approved the list of elements which should at least be included in prescriptions issued in a Member State to be recognised in another Member State.

These elements are listed in the first final provision of Royal Decree 81/2014 of 7 February establishing rules to ensure cross-border healthcare and amending Royal Decree 1718/2010 of 17 December on medical prescriptions and dispensing orders, which transposes the Directive.
